My Story
At every stage of my career, I’ve been focused on one thing: helping people and systems perform at their best.

I’ve built and led 60+ person teams, launched startup operations, and directed global technology integration. I’ve managed incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and cross-border supply chains. And I’ve served in financial advisory roles where the stakes are deeply personal—where trust, clarity, and strategy shape lives, not just balance sheets.

I lead with a servant’s mindset and a builder’s eye—connecting people to purpose and outcomes to values. Whether I’m mentoring peers, resolving complex challenges, or implementing new systems, I’m always working to create momentum that lasts.

Currently, I’m pursuing my MBA at Dallas Baptist University and working toward PMP certification to further sharpen my ability to align people, data, and strategy across disciplines. I thrive in environments where complexity requires clarity, where leadership is earned, and where transformation is more than just a buzzword.
